    Stage 1

    Partner due diligence

    We make sure every housing service partner we work with is fit for purpose and ready to deliver the standards expected in the sector. To get started we'll typically ask for:

    • Articles of Association and company registration certificate
    • Last audited accounts (if available)
    • Director CVs, ID and full addresses
    • DBS checks for all directors (can be applied for during the process)
    • Two professional references (one from within the sector)
    • Proof of insurances (public, employer's, professional liability)

    Stage 2

    Together Homes meeting

    Once stage 1 is approved, you'll meet a member of the Together Homes team with a list of vacant or newly acquired properties to confirm they qualify for the scheme. We then formalise the partnership.

    • Site audit and selection of qualifying properties
    • Partnership and lease agreement signed

    Stage 3

    Property inspection

    Our property inspector visits the property with you to confirm it meets the standards. We then collect the statutory certificates and submit rent and service charges to the local authority.

    • On-site inspection with the landlord
    • Statutory certificates collected (gas, electric, EPC, fire, asbestos)
    • Room matching to suitable tenants
    • Rent and service charges submitted to the local authority

    Stage 4

    Tenant move-in

    Tenants move in, you start earning, and we manage the ongoing housing relationship.

    • Confirmed move-in date
    • Ongoing tenant and property management by Together Homes
